ONYXFORDS MALIBU BARBIE Available Spring of 2008

This stunning southern mare resembles her name. Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, "Barbie" as called by her owners came directly to the Miller family where she has been ever since. Not only does this mare have an impressive show record from "A" and "AA" shows, but she has produced top of the line babies all in the same year. If you’re looking for a wonderful show horse that can win on the "A" circuit, pack a small child around and even be a broodmare for the farm, then Malibu Barbie is the mare for you.

Shown and won championships at Lexington National, Lexington Spring Premiere, Roanoke Valley, Gulfport, Mississippi, HITS Shows and has also won numerous year end championships.
Barbie does anything from short stirrup, to 2'9 hunters and equitation. Barbie has also fox hunted, done cross country courses and trail rides.
She is an extremely broke mare that will pack any child or amateur around

ONYXFORDS WINSOR CASTLE

"Windsor" is a lovely gelding with “A” show mileage that will please any rider or trainer. He has shown anything from Washington International and prestigious “A” shows to local hunter and equation shows. Windsor came to us a gelding with a lot of heart and has made great memories for the girls at Onyxford Farms. He has taken them from 2’6 classes to 3’6 Hunters and Equitation. Windsor recently did the Washington International Horse Show Children’s Hunter Finals where he finished up 8^th. Windsor is a great starting horse for any rider who needs confidence, yet he can still do big classes and shows and walk out with a ribbon.

ONYXFORDS WOODWIND

“Woody” has major pony power! An adorable grey pony out of Brierwood X Windy Ridge Luch, this pony can do it all! Woody’s dad was a champion himself, having won the MHSA Futurity Grand Championship and finished second in the VPBA Futurity. His dam was the 1998 and 1999 Champion broodmare for both VPBA and MPBA. Woody’s grandsire Pengwyn has produced some of the top ponies at Devon, Upperville, and Washington International. He has competitively shown and done extremely well. Woody was in fact the 2003 and 2004 Crossbred Champion for the Maryland Pony Breeders Association. Then in 2005 Woody won the very competitive 3 year old Clots/Gelding class at Upperville, was second at Loudoun, and finished up fourth at Devon. In 2007 he led the National Hunter Pony Breeding Championship Series in the 3 year old Colt/Gelding division. Woody is still eligible green and will surely be a success in time to come. ONYXFORDS MISS VIRGINIA

This beautiful pony has got what it takes to go to the top in the "A" circuit. This little filly is out of Rocky Windy Creek Adonis X Malibu Barbie and has the bloodlines for success. "Rocky" has produced top "A" circuit pony winners like Copy Cat and Cat Can Do as well as local Virginia and National winner Sunsets Fairy Lore. Onyxford’s Miss Virginia is a palomino filly with an amazing trot and a pleasant hunter canter. She has perfect conformation as well as a sweet lovable attitude. With training and love, this little pony will take any kid to the top.
